My approach to nutritional guidance is beyond your basic meal plans that focus on counting macros and calories. I evaluate the complete individual.

- guidance on building a more balanced and nutritious diet 

- support in breaking free from restrictive diets

- dietary recommendations that support digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances (PMS, PCOS, period loss, insulin resistance, menopause) stress/anxiety, skin issues (eczema, acne etc.)

Options:

- 2 one on one consults (virtual) + 4 week meal plan ($250)

*This option includes: 2 virtual consultations, a personalized meal plan with recipes, in depth analysis of your current habits and goals (continuing meal plans available for $150 with virtual follow up consultation)  

- Single 1 hour virtual consultation ($75)
